I am responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing daily operations, and ensuring legal compliance and ethical standards are upheld. My duties also include overseeing personnel management, from recruitment and training to performance evaluation and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. Additionally, manage the department’s budget, engage with community stakeholders to build trust, and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency. Overall, my role is pivotal in guiding the department to maintain public safety and uphold justice
