External Visitation

Editorial Department

Goon International College (GIC) actively supports its graduates in transitioning into various enforcement roles by facilitating regular visitations from several key Malaysian agencies. These include Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM), the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA), Royal Malaysian Customs (KASTAM), RELA, the Department of Immigration Malaysia (IMIGRESEN), and the Malaysian Road Transport Department.

These visitations serve a dual purpose. Firstly, they provide GIC graduates with direct access to representatives from these agencies, enabling them to

gain valuable insights and guidance on entering and succeeding in their chosen fields. This face-to-face interaction helps demystify the recruitment processes and requirements of these agencies, giving graduates a clearer understanding of what to expect and how to prepare. Secondly, these visits also allow the agencies to assess and engage with potential recruits in person, fostering a stronger connection between the graduates and the respective departments they aspire to join.

By coordinating these visits, GIC not only enhances the employability of its graduates but also strengthens its relationships with these important enforcement agencies. This proactive approach ensures that GIC graduates are well-prepared for their careers in law enforcement, maritime security, customs, immigration, and road transport. Overall, the college’s efforts contribute significantly to the professional development of its graduates, facilitating a smoother transition from education to employment in the enforcement sector.
