Nurathirah Binti Abdul Ghafar, is currently a lecturer working in programme Department of Business Studies. As a fully qualified and licensed lecturer, she accomplished academic and practitioner in the field of business management. Her expertise in the entrepreneurship, strategic management, organizational behavior, ethics and innovation. She is Junior Lecturer with a passion for creating stimulating and interactive learning environments for teaching in the classroom. She believed that good teacher knows and understands students in how they develop and learn. She want every of her students actively construct and transform their own knowledge based on past experiences and prior learning. She also believe it is her responsibility as a teacher to be an effective diagnostician of students' interests, abilities, and existing knowledge. She intent to design learning experiences that will challenge and allow each student to think and grow.
